Trevor H. Shirtliff
Difference Maker Scholarship
Canadian School Counsellor Magazine is proud to announce the establishment of the Outstanding Counsellor Award. This scholarship is in memory of and honours Canadian School Counsellor Magazine’s founder, Trevor H. Shirtliff.

We are inviting guidance counsellors to nominate a student in their school that works diligently to improve and strengthen the quality of life for themselves, their peers, and their community. Selections will be based on academic achievement, integrity, leadership, and creativity as evidenced by contributions in the classroom and/or in the broader community. Please note these awards are best suited for students in their final year of the high school program, preparing to pursue post-secondary studies.
